In my mind, an intelligent CDP requires a lot of people involved to make sure that everybody’s thinking about the system and everybody is doing the intelligent work of using a tool to make it happen. We need to make sure that everybody is skilled enough to use it; everybody needs to understand what is the strategy, what is the vision, what is the purpose. So for me that is the intelligent CDP — the brain behind the power.
